Elevate Your mental Wellness With Personalized Care
Services we offer
Initial Psychiatric Visit $325
Your first visit with your provider is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, review your health history, and begin developing a plan to support your mental health and well-being.
During the appointment, your provider will spend time getting to know you and understanding what brings you in for care. You will be asked about your current symptoms, how long they have been affecting you, and how they impact your daily life, relationships, work, and overall functioning.
The visit typically includes a review of your medical history, mental health history, medications, and any previous treatments you may have received. Your provider may also ask about sleep patterns, stress levels, lifestyle habits, and family health history, as these factors can play an important role in mental health.
Your will perform a mental health assessment and ask questions to better understand your mood, thoughts, and emotional well-being. This conversation helps identify possible diagnoses and determine the most appropriate treatment options.
At the end of the visit, you and your provider will discuss potential next steps. This will include therapy recommendations, lifestyle changes, medication options if appropriate, or additional evaluations. You will also have time to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have.
The goal of the initial visit is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard and where a personalized plan for your care can begin.
Follow-Up Psychiatric Visit $149
A follow-up visit is an opportunity to review your progress and make any adjustments needed to support your mental health treatment.
During the appointment, your provider will ask about how you have been feeling since your last visit. This may include discussing changes in mood, anxiety, sleep, energy, concentration, and overall functioning. You may also talk about any challenges, improvements, or new concerns that have come up.
The provider will review medication to determine how well it is working and ask about any side effects. Based on your experience, your provider will recommend continuing the current plan, adjusting the dosage, changing medications, or exploring additional treatment options.
Follow-up visits may also include brief discussions about coping strategies, lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress management, and progress in therapy if you are working with a counselor or therapist.
These appointments are typically shorter than the initial visit and focus on monitoring progress, ensuring treatments are effective, and making changes when needed. Patients are encouraged to ask questions, share concerns, and actively participate in their ongoing care.
